 Mr. Puntillo is the owner and Principal of Ascendance Partners. Prior to Ascendance, Mr. Puntillo was an Assistant Vice President with General Electric Capital Corporation’s middle-market Sponsor Finance business. Prior to that, Mr. Puntillo was an Associate with Madison Dearborn Partners, Inc., where he focused on private equity investments in the communications sector. Prior to Madison Dearborn, he was with Citigroup's investment bank (formerly Salomon Brothers), where he worked on lead-managed transactions in which over $5.5 billion was raised via high-yield debt and public and private equity. Mr. Puntillo holds a B.B.A. from The University of Notre Dame and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Indiana.
