 Ascendance was established in 2006 with a focus on commercial real estate investments in the metropolitan Chicago area. Ascendance's funds are professionally managed investment programs designed for institutional and individual investors attracted to “hard” assets that provide recurring current income.

Over our history, we have built our reputation on smart, reliable, ethical behavior in all that we do. It is this approach that has allowed us to become a trusted partner with our investors, banks, brokers and vendors. Our relationship network, capital markets knowledge, rigorous due diligence and underwriting, and proven track record identifying and structuring investment opportunities is what differentiates us.
